Chief Information Officer (CIO)We are partnering with a global medical technology company to hire a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead and mature enterprise IT capabilities during a critical phase of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact executive role for a pragmatic, business-first technology leader who can balance operational excellence, regulatory rigor, and enterprise enablement—while helping define what "scale-ready IT" looks like in a growing, regulated environment.THE ROLELead the global IT organization, overseeing core operations, enterprise systems, and long-term technology strategyServe as a trusted partner to executive leadership, aligning IT priorities to business objectivesStabilize, scale, and mature foundational IT capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and complianceProvide senior oversight of ERP operations and early-stage ERP transformationStrengthen enterprise architecture, integration, data, and reporting capabilitiesAct as a clear translator between technology and the business, enabling sound executive decision-makingSCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIESLead a global IT team with ~15–20 direct reports, including teams based internationallyOwn executive-level vendor relationships and governance for critical platforms and partnersManage IT budgets, investment prioritization, and cost optimizationOversight across:ERP operations and transformationInfrastructure and data centersEnterprise applications and CRMBusiness systems, BI, and project managementInformation security (partnering closely with a dedicated cybersecurity leader)This role is fully remote with travel responsibilities.
