Chief Food Safety & Quality Assurance Leader

Flik, a unit of Compass Group USA, seeks a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Director to lead safety across multiple locations. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Culinary to ensure menu item safety and consistent guest experiences.

You will own the safety strategy, manage audits, supplier controls, crisis management, and regulatory compliance, and mentor safety specialists while driving culture of safety and accountability across the brand.
