Masters degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA designation is preferred.Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care financial management.FQHC/CHC and nonprofit industry experience is preferred.Responsibilities:Experience with health care billing, federal grants management, and budget management required.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making ability.Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial management issues.Demonstrates leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with a wide range of software platforms to oversee the financial management of organization.
