Educational and/or Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a for-profit or not-for profit hospital system preferred. 3-5 years experience as a hospital controller or assistant controller preferred. 3-5 years experience in a healthcare finance leadership position. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
