Chief Financial Officer

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, vehicle operations/fleet management, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, and maintaining fiscal stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s financial operations with a continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and professional growth.
• Optimize cost structures and improve financial efficiency across all operations.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Manage and improve cash flow to support operations and growth.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) including tracking payments, collecting outstanding debts, submitting Payment Applications, and reviewing and executing Lien Waivers for customers.
• Assist with vendor relations and oversee the Accounts Payable process.
• Manage the company’s corporate insurance program, including but not limited to, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Auto Insurance.
• Oversee Licensing for business licenses and trade credentials across various local and state jurisdictions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
• 10+ years in financial leadership roles.
• Limited Relocation Available.
