- Lead all financial operations of the acute-care hospital, including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and financial planning, while overseeing departmental financial leaders.
- Collaborate with system leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and both short- and long-term strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide proactive financial leadership to hospital managers, directors, and executives, fostering accountability, transparency, and active participation in key decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements, including adherence to healthcare-specific regulations and standards.
