Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Lynn County Healthcare System
Lynn County Healthcare System is seeking an experienced hospital CFO to join its executive leadership team.
We’re looking for a hands‑on financial leader who understands hospital finance and can help drive long‑term financial stability—not just report the numbers.
What you’ll lead:
- Financial strategy, forecasting & budgeting
- Cash flow and liquidity management
- Revenue integrity & reimbursement
- Accounting and financial operations
- Board and CEO financial presentations
- Leadership of the Controller and finance team
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of hospital financial management experience
- Previous hospital CFO experience required
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- TruBridge experience is a plus
