- Produce financial statements and reports, reporting on financial performance
- Oversee, mentor, and train staff
- Complete projections and budgets, including cash management
- Offer accounting expertise to staff and leadership, including researching GAAP treatment
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness with monthly close
- Other duties and projects as needed
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of this in public accounting, is strongly preferred
- A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Must be able to acclimate quickly at different client sites, including getting up to speed with people, processes, and computer systems
- Must possess a positive attitude, be able to produce our core focus, and exhibit our core values
