  • We are a privately held, global manufacturing organization seeking a strategic and people-centric Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This enterprise-level role supports a multi-site, international footprint across the U.S., Canada, Brazil, the UK, Germany, and Italy.
  • Wilson Tool provides a wide range of tool solutions for Bending, Punching and Stamping customers around the globe. We are best known for more than 60 years of customized tooling solutions designed to help customers resolve their most challenging fabrication issues. We have a great reputation in our industry and build quality products!
  • The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance and shaping long-term strategy within a complex manufacturing environment.

Scope & Impact

  • Full leadership of global finance, including accounting, reporting, FP&A, cash management, and internal controls
  • Oversight of consolidated enterprise financials and monthly close across all geographies
  • Direct leadership of U.S. Finance and partnership with international finance teams
  • Strategic partnership with operations to drive manufacturing performance, cost control, and margin expansion
  • Ownership of capital allocation, including investments in equipment, tooling, automation, and facilities
  • Key presenter to the Board of Directors, delivering financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
  • Enterprise leadership of ERP transition from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics

What We’re Looking For

Profile:

  • Proven CFO or senior finance executive in a global, multi-site manufacturing organization
  • Strong operator with the ability to engage from plant floor to boardroom

Capabilities:

  • Deep expertise in cost accounting, forecasting, and multi-entity consolidations
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP or system implementations
  • Strong business partner to operations and executive leadership
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Sound judgment with a willingness to make timely, well‑informed decisions

Credentials:

MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

Leadership & Culture Fit

  • People-first leader who values employee engagement and development
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across global teams
  • Collaborative, yet decisive—brings the right stakeholders together while maintaining accountability
  • Strong communicator, particularly in executive and Board settings

Key Priorities (First 12–18 Months)

  • Partner with IT to ensure a successful ERP transition slated to go live in 2027
  • Strengthen financial visibility and KPI alignment across manufacturing sites
  • Partner with operations to drive margin improvement and capital efficiency
  • Enhance enterprise forecasting and cash management strategies
  • Continue building a high‑performing, globally aligned finance team

  • Candidate will complete an executive assessment, including evaluation by an Industrial Psychologist
