A well-established, growth-oriented organization with ~$100M in annual revenue is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a highly visible role that will help shape the company's next phase of growth through financial leadership, operational improvement, technology investment, and acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership.
- Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and FP&A functions.
- Oversee financial statement ownership, budgeting processes, cash management, and forecasting.
- Develop and mentor a finance and accounting team.
- Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, margin improvement, and scalability.
- Lead financial integration of acquisitions and support future M&A initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems, reporting tools, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting growth initiatives, process improvement, and organizational scaling.
- Exposure to acquisitions, due diligence, and integration activities is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of an organization.
- CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus.
