KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial plans.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash-flow management, and performance analysis.

Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial packages, including balance sheet and income statement reporting.

Establish and enhance financial controls, accounting policies, procedures, and risk-management practices in accordance with US GAAP.

Advise ownership and executive management on the financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.

Lead relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, investors, and other financial partners.

Oversee tax filings, annual audits, regulatory requirements, and corporate financial reporting.

Lead and develop the accounting team while driving improvements in financial and operational processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience , including significant experience already operating as a CFO or equivalent senior financial leader. An accounting-first background is important, with strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance, FP&A, and cash management. Manufacturing experience is highly desirable , particularly where the CFO has been involved in connecting financial performance with real-world operational planning and production decisions. A CPA or MBA is preferred .
