Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — Hands-On Operator

World Enterprises International is the parent company to leading brands in the window‑cleaning supply industry across e‑commerce, distribution, and manufacturing (WindowCleaner.com, XERO Products, Pure Water Power, AWC Magazine, and Sorbo Products). We did $33M in sales in 2025 and are scaling into 2026. We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on CFO to bring clarity to margins, cash flow, and performance and help us grow responsibly.

Why This Role

We have solid accounting coverage (Controller). What we need now is a forward‑looking finance leader who can build forecasting, profitability visibility, and operating discipline across multiple entities/brands, especially with a recent manufacturing acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Lead company‑wide finance strategy: forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
• Build a simple, reliable weekly cash forecast and improve working capital (inventory/AP/AR)
• Drive profitability improvement: SKU/channel margins, pricing discipline, discount strategy
• Create executive dashboards and performance reviews that leaders actually use
• Partner with Ops and Supply Chain on demand planning/inventory optimization
• Improve financial decision‑making across e‑commerce, wholesale/distribution, and manufacturing
• Support post‑acquisition integration reporting and cost visibility (Sorbo)
• Manage/strengthen banking, insurance, and financial risk processes as needed
• Lead and develop the finance function in partnership with the Controller

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in progressive finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance/Head of Finance/FP&A)
• Experience in distribution, e‑commerce, and/or light manufacturing strongly preferred
• Strong modeling/forecasting skills; you can own the numbers end-to-end
• Operator mindset: you simplify, prioritize, and execute
• Clear communicator who can influence non-finance leaders
• Comfortable being hands‑on in a growing business (not a “big‑company only” role)
