Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will play a critical role in scaling the company, ensuring financial stability, supporting executive decision-making, and optimizing financial performance. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with the CEO and COO, while leading all finance functions and helping drive the company's continued success.

CFO Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial leadership
• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making, project bidding, and capital investments.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Advise the CEO and COO on financial planning, risk, and opportunities
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, job costing, and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Improve internal controls, financial systems, and policies to support scaling operations.

CFO Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, in construction
• Deep understanding of construction accounting, WIP schedules, job costing, bonding, and project finance.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
