Legacy Search Advisors is partnering with a well-established, growing Specialty Construction / Development company seeking a hands-on CFO to help lead its next phase of growth.

This is not an ivory-tower CFO role.

You’ll own the accounting and finance function while partnering directly with leadership on strategy, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, KPI's, financial planning, process improvement, and business growth.

We’re looking for:

✅ CFO, Controller, or senior financial leadership experience

✅ Construction or project-based industry experience REQUIRED

✅ Strong accounting, reporting, budgeting & forecasting background

✅ Cash flow, working capital & operational finance expertise

✅ Experience leading and developing a team

✅ CPA strongly preferred

✅ Strategic thinker who is still willing to roll up their sleeves
