The company operates in confidential mode , with a near-native U.S. leadership team and founders/investors who have deep global renewable energy experience and strong financing credentials. The organization is expanding rapidly in the U.S., both in manufacturing and corporate operations, and is targeting a public listing within 2–3 years.
Role Overview:
The CFO will play a key strategic and operational role , partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensure compliance, manage risk, and support growth. The role requires a highly experienced, stable, and analytically strong finance leader capable of navigating a high-growth, global-oriented business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Lead financial planning & analysis , budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee cash flow management , working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and accounting compliance across all financial functions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
- Support M&A, capital raising, and IPO preparation as the company scales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of senior finance experience , ideally in high-growth or manufacturing/energy sectors.
- Strong finance-based analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of stable tenure : each prior role ideally 3+ years .
- Experience in U.S. accounting, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global executive teams .
- Prior exposure to public company preparation, fundraising, or IPO process is a plus.
