Chief Financial Officer

Growing Private Equity backed company is looking for a seasoned CFO. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• - Private Equity CFO Background with a company at least 200M in revenue
• - M&A (evaluating and integrating)
• - Ability to partner with CEO and be a strategic partner
• - Hands-on, yet strategic when needed
• - Strong communication skills
• - PE Exit experience a plus

Job Requirements

• Onsite in Atlanta office at least 3 days per week
