Chief Financial & Operations Officer (Nonprofit)

Connie Maxwell Children's Ministries seeks an experienced financial and operations leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, and endowment management. The role also directs facility, farm, and food distribution operations and reports to the executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in nonprofit accounting/finance, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet organizational goals and accreditation standards.
