Nexus is looking for a hands-on Director of Safety to own the safety program end-to-end, partnering with the CEO and COO to formalize processes and drive EMR/TRIR performance as the company scales from ~100 to 250+ field employees.
The role requires field leadership, PHMSA/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to expand safety across multiple sites while pursuing new MSAs and restricted accounts. Travel to field sites and HQ is expected.
