The role involves acting as principal steward overseeing investment strategy, risk management, governance, and operational infrastructure for a diversified global portfolio spanning public markets, private equity, real estate, and direct investments.
Key responsibilities include: leading overall strategy, asset allocation and investment oversight; partnering with the family on vision, governance and succession planning; overseeing the internal investment team and external managers; supervising finance, tax, legal and reporting functions; managing risk, liquidity and capital planning; and representing the family with external partners.
Required profile: 15+ years senior leadership experience within a family office, institutional asset manager, or private investment platform; experience across multi-asset portfolios; strong governance and operational expertise; high discretion and emotional intelligence; direct experience working with UHNW principals.
