Are you a mission-driven executive with convictions, faith, and a commitment to life that sometimes feel outside the norm of today's standards, yet you're not willing to suppress them for the sake of ease? Have you built your career around leading with both heart and discipline, willing to make hard calls, hold a mission with integrity, and stay the course when it isn't easy? Do you want your leadership to be felt personally, in a close-knit high impact community, not lost in layers of bureaucracy? If this speaks to you, read on.

This is a chance to lead an established organization of 40+ years, with a dedicated team and deep roots in the Willamette Valley community, stewarding an organization serving the community, and families into the organizations next chapter of sustainable and expansive growth.

As CEO, you will:

  • Set strategy and lead day-to-day operations for a lean, mission-driven organization
  • Serve as the primary partner to the Board of Directors, with direct visibility into every part of the organization

  • Lead a small, close-knit team and shape a culture grounded in faith, trust, and service

What we're looking for:

An executive with strong financial and operational judgment, a mature Christian faith, and a genuine commitment to the sanctity of human life, who wants to have hands-on leadership, not a distant title.

Ideal Candidate:

This is a role for a leader who wants to turn conviction into direct, visible impact, within a community where relationships still mean everything.

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible executive or senior leadership experience with accountability for people, budgets, strategy, operations, and organizational performance; 5+ years leading managers, departments, multiple programs, or a complex organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, Public Administration, Ministry, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and substantial executive experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Proven success working with a Board of Directors and translating governance priorities into disciplined organizational execution.
  • Track record of strategic planning, organizational change, performance management, fundraising/revenue growth, and external partnership development.
  • Executive presence, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, resilience, discretion, courage in conflict, and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent written, verbal, public-speaking, interpersonal, and crisis-communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, community health, medical clinics, nonprofit services, education, ministry, or another regulated and mission-driven environment is strongly preferred.
