Compensation: Up to $115,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive benefits.

A growing, mission-driven provider of residential and home care services is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization's strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term growth. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while overseeing multiple residential programs, a home care division, and a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. The CEO will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to strengthen operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive financial performance, and foster a collaborative, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership while advancing the organization's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a positive organizational culture focused on quality care and employee engagement.

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes and a home care division.
  • Provide leadership for more than 50 employees across multiple programs and locations.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and appropriate staffing levels.
  • Monitor organizational performance, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing residential and home care services.
  • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and organizational performance to ensure long-term financial stability.
  • Evaluate financial results, approve major expenditures, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Business Development & Community Engagement

  • Develop relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational growth, program expansion, and new partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at professional and community events.

Quality Improvement

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives focused on improving client outcomes and service delivery.
  • Monitor operational metrics, client satisfaction, and compliance standards.
  • Address concerns and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of senior leadership experience within home care, residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations and managing diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Competitive base salary up to $115,000, based on experience.
