I’m partnering with a household-name General Contractor in the Tri-State area that’s expanding its footprint in transit, bridge, and highway projects .

With strong boots-on-the-ground teams and a robust pipeline of upcoming work, this contractor is seeking a Vice President of Estimating to take the helm and drive preconstruction strategy as they break into new markets.

In this role, you’ll lead the estimating department on major pursuits—shaping bid strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and directly influencing the company’s growth trajectory.

Salary: $225,000 - $300,000++ Executive Bonus + ESOP Ownership
