- Heavy civil construction estimating experience.
- Proficiencywith excavation, grading, water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, roadway, and underground utilities.
- Experience with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, Agtek, Bid2Win, or Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of IDOT, municipal, and public works projects
