Backed by a $5.5B+ national construction group , our client generates $750M+ annually and delivers electrical projects ranging from $25M to $1B+ .
This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for managing a team of up to 10 estimators and overseeing major electrical pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 10 estimators
- Lead estimates and bids for $25M–$1B+ electrical projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
- Support preconstruction and executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of electrical estimating experience
- Strong commercial electrical construction background
- Proven experience leading estimating teams
- Experience with large-scale electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical construction, labor, and material pricing
- Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
