Chief Engineering Officer: Hands-On Growth Leader

1Kosmos is seeking an engineering leader who stays close to code—driving architecture, design reviews, and hands-on problem-solving in a cloud-agnostic microservices environment. You will own delivery, optimize agentic workflows (AWS Bedrock / Python / Node), and push for performance, security, and reliability across the stack.

You will mentor a mid-sized team, balance technical depth with execution, and shape how the platform evolves to defend against fraud while scaling with the business.
