We are looking at bringing in a new Hotel Chief Engineer to support us in Washington, DC.Location: Washington, DCSchedule: Monday to FridaySalary: $33- $38 per hour. Parking includedIn this role you are eligible to make overtime.As a CBS Chief Engineer, you must be able to do the following:Assist in developing, managing, and operating capital budgetsDevelop and implement plans and schedules to achieve company and department goalsDevelop processes, procedures, and standards for the facility's operational performanceRead and understand contract and RFP requirementsCreate an atmosphere of professionalism and mutual support among employeesReview work performance of subordinatesManage and maintain the completion of the facilities scheduled PM's through the CMMSAssist with environmental complianceAssist with the compliance of local, state, and federal codesDevelop, manage, and coordinate all shift schedules including holiday, vacation, sick and emergency coveragesConduct weekly staff meetings to discuss facility operations, project status, toolbox safety and other relevant informationReview, approve and submit weekly time sheets, work order tickets and other required documentationAccurately document work performed on tickets and/or work ordersAs required, prepare, and submit a cost analysis report for contracted workAssist with updating and implementing HAZCOM and environmental programsSet-up, maintain and use filing systemPerform tool and equipment inventory monthlyMaintain skills and knowledge to industry standardsPerform annual and semi-annual performance reviewsYou Should HaveQualifications:CFC Universal license (410A)3-5 years working as a Hotel Chief EngineerMust possess excellent customer service skillsEOE, including disability/veteransIND123Why You'll Love Working With UsComplete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
