Onsite in Waltham, MA
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and facilities operations across a Class A office portfolio
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building automation systems
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, vendors, contractors, and capital projects
- Develop and mentor engineering staff while driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction
- Support budgeting, regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and emergency preparedness
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial building operations, facilities, or engineering experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, BAS/BMS platforms, and preventive maintenance programs
- Experience with vendor management, capital projects, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- EPA Universal/CFC certification and Class A office or life science facility experience are highly preferred
