Chief EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to serve as the senior technical leader and trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic technical guidance while ensuring successful execution of operational and modernization initiatives. This role requires the ability to operate at both the strategic and technical levels, including hands-on engineering engagement to validate approaches, reduce risk, accelerate decision-making, and demonstrate technical solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across enterprise operations, modernization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.How You Will Make An ImpactServe as primary technical advisor to customer leadership.Develop and maintain technical strategy and roadmap.Lead architectural reviews and technical decision-making activities.Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.Drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.Validate technical approaches through hands-on analysis, proof-of-concept activities, and engineering reviews.Collaborate with operational teams to improve technical execution and service delivery.Lead root cause analysis efforts for complex technical issues.Mentor technical staff and promote technical excellence across the program.Partner with customer stakeholders to align technology investments with mission objectives.What You'll Need To SucceedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
