Chief Director, Independent Accountability Mechanism

World Bank Group seeks a Director General for the Independent Accountability Mechanism (IAM) in Washington, DC. The role leads the triple-arm structure—Dispute Resolution, Compliance, and Advisory—ensuring independent, effective accountability for WBG-financed operations.

The DG will manage the IAM’s program, budget, and staff, coordinate with the WBG Boards, and foster collaboration with civil society and external stakeholders to improve performance on sustainability and accountability.
