Responsibilities

• Lead strategist for delivering year-over-year philanthropic revenue growth
• Embed a culture of philanthropy and stewardship
• Engage staff and the Board in philanthropy
• Direct all revenue generating enterprises
• Implement strategies to grow strategic partnerships
• Support network-wide fundraising capacity building
• Oversee revenue management, analytics, donor stewardship

• Visionary, metrics-driven fundraiser
• Proven track record building transformational relationships
• Fundraising experience with multi-million partnerships
• Experience in a complex, networked environment
• Experience cultivating transformational principal gifts
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into a case for support
• Effective leadership in active listening and relationship building
