OKTOBER, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, seeks a senior leader to own client delivery end to end, the people behind it, the capacity, and the client relationships so that quality, margin and retention hold without the founder in the room.
You will drive delivery quality across Retention and Design, lead 3–6 direct reports and 40+ indirects, manage client relationships, capacity planning, and the P&L-adjacent function as the company scales with Amsterdam in-person time preferred.
