Chief Data Architect
Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Experience in developing enterprise data architectures, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, utilizing emerging technologies such as data analytics, machine learning, and cloud‑based data storage.
- Experience implementing a data mesh architecture across a dynamic workforce.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data policy and governance materials.
- Draft, edit, and facilitate the coordination of data policy and governance materials subject to Sponsor review and approval.
- Draft, edit, and facilitate the coordination of processes for ODNI data sharing, analysis, and interoperability.
- Identify and support opportunities to implement technologies that support data services and tools.
- Collaborate with Sponsor stakeholders, including organizing and facilitating governance activities related to governance boards and working groups, as necessary.
- Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve data acumen among the Sponsor workforce.
- Develop and implement an ODNI Enterprise Data Architecture and ensure its integration with the overall ODNI and IC enterprise architectures.
- Develop and implement ODNI Enterprise Data Standards and metrics to identify and improve data normalization across the organization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Proposed salary range in Maryland: $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary determined based on experience and qualifications.
