Chief Customer Success, Public Safety

Axon is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person CS organization serving U.S. Public Safety. You will shape strategy, build scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to drive adoption and outcomes. Travel 30–40% and report to EVP, US Public Safety Sales. MBA is a plus.

You will own budgets, headcount planning, and organization design while maintaining a strong customer-first culture and cross-functional collaboration.
