Company is a leading global provider of alternative investment solutions and advisory services.Job Responsibilities:Develop and uphold risk based written compliance programs pursuant to the Advisers Act and the FSA Code of Business Conduct.Test and monitor Compliance Policies and Procedures and report to the Compliance Committee the results of the quarterly and annual compliance reviews.Develop and maintain an internal compliance manual.Responsible for enhancing and maintaining relations with regulators.Monitor and perform due diligence on all third party service providers.Develop and perform training and continuing education for all employees.Perform management training and continuing education for Compliance Team.Approve and monitor all employee personal trading activities as described in Code of Ethics.Qualifications:At least 5 + years experience working with Hedge Funds and Investment AdvisoryClient licensesNFAExperience running SEC AuditsMarketing Presentations
