Taleo seeks a Head of Compliance and Data Privacy to lead global programs across ethics, data privacy, AI governance and privacy operations. You will translate multi-jurisdictional requirements into practical controls and coordinate with Security, IT, Quality and Legal teams.
You will own the privacy notices, DPIAs, data subject requests, and support regulatory change, audits and training while managing budget and relationships with the DPO and external providers.
