Clay is seeking a Head of Compensation to own and evolve the company’s pay philosophy, salary structures, and equity programs. You will partner with People, Finance, and leaders to design thoughtful, fair comp programs that scale with the business and talent market.
You will balance technical depth with judgment, building processes and tooling that enable transparent pay conversations while managing multi-country compensation and GTM incentives.
