• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration.
• Two years experience as director or associate director of a department of nursing.
• Able to communicate effectiveley in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
