Chief Building Cost Advisory & Growth Leader

Partners is launching Building Cost Advisory, a new business line, and we are hiring an entrepreneurial leader to build and run it. You will set up the commercial side, build the pipeline from Partners' broker network, sell and close clients, and lead the analytical work on every engagement with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Claude.

This role carries ownership through profit sharing and potential equity, is Houston‑based on‑site, with travel across Texas as needed.
