Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling with a focus on fairness and flexibility.
• Partner with hospital and nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
• Support continuing education, mentorship, and professional development for all anesthesia providers.
• Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety.
• Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment.

Compensation

• Annual compensation up to $630,000, based on the number of shifts worked.
• Commencement incentive of up to $75,000 and relocation offered to those who qualify.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
