Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling with a focus on fairness and flexibility.
- Partner with hospital and nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
- Support continuing education, mentorship, and professional development for all anesthesia providers.
- Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety.
- Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment.
Compensation
- Annual compensation up to $630,000, based on the number of shifts worked.
- Commencement incentive of up to $75,000 and relocation offered to those who qualify.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
