- Physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery

- Support the endo and cath lab when needed
- Do not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics

Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary of $375,000 plus quality bonus up to $25,000 annually
- $50,000 Chief Stipend

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, 44 weeks a year
- NO CALL
- Each team member will take call for 7 days, running from Saturday to Friday
Requirements
- Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia
- Leadership experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
