Chief Anesthesiologist

North American Partners in Anesthesia is offering a great leadership opportunity for an Anesthesiologist at Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC. This weekday-only role features diverse cases ranging from ortho and ENT to plastics and vascular with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Providers will work within a collaborative care team model alongside CRNAs.

• 11 operating rooms fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment
• Specialties and procedures include ortho, general, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, vascular, and urology
• Anesthesia care team model with anesthesiologists and CRNAs

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $450K
• Sign on Incentive: $100K
• Additional Chief Stipend: $30K

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong Business Acumen
• Relationship/Team building abilities
• Excellent communication skills
