$17 per hour: Work only during school hours or while kids are at practice — designed around your availability.
2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday: Be home in time for pickup, every time.
Cross-training: Build your skill set with hands-on training across multiple team member roles.

Requirements:
- Availability Monday–Friday during school or activity hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
- Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow.
