Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assist the General Manager and Owner/Operator in delivering operational excellence and coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant.
- Build high performance teams, identify and coach leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations.
- Assist in managing a team of 100+, create an inspiring vision, coach and hold people accountable to high standards.
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety.
- Increase overall restaurant results, work cross‑functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
- Have 2 years of Leadership experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Hospitality experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of developing others.
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values.
