This hands-on leadership opportunity combines kitchen operations, team development, facilities stewardship, and preventative maintenance. You will help lead daily Back of House operations, develop Team Members and future leaders, and ensure the restaurant consistently delivers remarkable food quality, food safety, and operational excellence. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will learn how to manage systems, coach and develop others, improve efficiency, and create a culture of accountability and ownership. You will also play an important role in maintaining the restaurant's equipment and facilities, helping protect the tools and systems that allow our team to operate at a high level.

This is not a traditional maintenance position. We are looking for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of the details that drive a successful kitchen operation.
