- Manage a team of 20+ and create a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork
- Lead operations with a sharp focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
- Protect profitability by reducing waste, stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
- Continuously improve systems by tracking performance data and implementing solutions
Qualifications
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Hospitality or kitchen experience (preferred)
