Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker / Order Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands‑on experience operating cherry pickers/order pickers, working with scanners, and performing inventory‑related tasks. This role requires a fast‑paced work style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds .
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate cherry picker and order picker equipment to pick and store inventory
* Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or similar scanning devices
* Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory checks
* Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
* Maintain a fast, efficient pace while meeting productivity and safety standards
* Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (loading, staging, organizing inventory)
Qualifications & Requirements
* Several years of experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment
* Strong experience using warehouse scanners (RF or similar systems)
* Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock accuracy procedures
* Ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
* Forklift/cherry picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift
* Comfortable working at heights while operating cherry picker equipment
