Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour with a pay increase after successfully completing the probationary period

Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay
Shifts Available
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker to accurately pull and stock inventory.
- Pick products and verify item numbers and quantities to fill customer orders.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Label, pack, and load products for shipping.
- Enter shipments and inventory transactions into the computer system.
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
- Pull and push pallets using a pallet jack.
- Climb up to a 25-foot ladder while carrying boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Previous cherry picker or warehouse experience preferred.
- General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter inventory data accurately.
- Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and listening skills.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for 8–10 hour shifts.
- Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Frequently bend, reach, stretch, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
- Work in varying temperatures, lighting, and noise levels.
- Safely access all areas of the warehouse, including climbing ladders and reaching overhead.
