Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Cherry Picker Operator will safely and accurately handle industrial components in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports balanced warehouse activities, including receiving and putaway, shipping and order staging, batch picking, inventory movement, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
* Operate cherry picker, stand-up reach equipment, and other warehouse equipment to pick and move inventory.
* Perform batch picking of industrial components.
* Handle pallets and replenish stock as needed.
* Verify order accuracy before inventory movement or shipment.
* Support receiving, putaway, shipping, and order staging activities.
* Complete cycle counts and assist with inventory movement and control.
* Inspect warehouse equipment and charge equipment as required.
* Maintain warehouse safety, organized work areas, and efficient material flow.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of warehouse equipment operation experience.
* Powered industrial truck certification.
* Cherry picker and stand-up reach operation experience.
* Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.
* Knowledge of material handling and inventory control.
* Understanding of workplace safety practices.
* Strong order accuracy and attention to detail.
* Bilingual Preferred
