Job TitleNew Position: Location: 4750 W Dickman Rd, Battle Creek MI Pay rate for this position to $23.00/hour and $24/hour for Night Shift. Shift Differential: Employees are eligible for a $1.00/hour shift differential when they are on the PM Rotation. These are contingent to direct hire roles if the candidate performs wells. Batch processing experience is preferred, however, it is not a qualifying indicator ahead of a solid work history with some form of manufacturing or related environment.
Dry chemical processing in batch (no liquids). Candidate will be walking up/down 4 flights of stairs. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have attention to detail – will be monitoring equipment.
Candidate must have a solid work history; no job hopping. The rest can be trained. Dupont schedule alternating days/nights. Fixed 28 day rotational cycle in which each employee works in 12 hour shifts.
